i had a great experience at Essence today. i had a vitamin C facial with agata and she did a great job, then my massage was with Latoya and she was AMAZING. i will definately come back and see her for another massage soon. once you’re here you can also benefit from their other facilities, like sauna, showers, and their relaxation room that you won’t want to leave. overall i had a great spa day here and I can’t wait to come back.

Third laser treatment for my arm pits…so far so good! I have had noticeably less hair growth, absolutely no ingrown hairs and have not had to shave as frequently. Hopefully by #6 I won’t have to shave at all.
Essence Medspa is truly a diamond in the rough – as corny as that may sound. When I first came here, I’ll admit, from the outside…it doesn’t look like much of a spa because it’s on an obscure corner. However, once you enter, it’s a completely different look and feel. I have been to a few spas and this one surpasses all the the services, amenities, and customer service I have seen thus far. Not only does this spa smell of essence every time you walk in, but they offer you a complimentary drink while you wait for your appointment. It is also extremely refreshing to walk in to a successful spa owned by Middle Easterns where you can also listen to Arabi music while you wait. I adore it. Moreover, the staff is full of energy, extremely nice and accomodating. I’m grateful that I was able to come across a groupon deal for this spa and will definitely continue services here, when needed.

Agata offered great suggestions on skin renewal services available at the spa and I signed up for a package – including Juvederm and laser skin tightening!

One suggestion I have would be to let the client know there is an option to apply skin numbing cream ahead of time, and to take an over the counter pain reliever about 30 minutes before the laser hair removal treatment.

I was taken care of Tatiana at this wonderfully clean, and pristine spa. This was my first spa treatment ever and expected to have a painful experience. This is my second visit to a spa and my first visit to Essence Med Spa. The spa I had visited before was small and not very attractive. As a result, I had a neutral opinion of spas in general. Then I came here and everything changed! Once you pass the doors into the spa area there is an immediate feeling of peace and tranquility. The decor is stunning, the rooms are lightly and pleasantly scented and the staff is wonderful! Because this was my first “real” spa visit, everyone was very informative on ways to maximize my experience. I have two more treatments booked, but I know this is the first of many visits! This is my first time coming to this spa. When you enter, you automatically feel a sense of serenity and a warm welcome. I’ve been to many high end places, and you don’t the communication as I did here. Joy did my laser removal, she answered all my questions, didnt rush thru her work and offered more than what I wanted to do. They gave me a tour, place is clean and decorated in a middle-eastern look, which I like! I would recommend anyone to come here, I will definitely tell my friends and family about this place.

My first experience at Essence Spa was a very positive one! Agata was my esthetician today – and I really appreciated they way she explained my laser hair removal procedure. She was calm and warm and I was very comfortable with her.
Agata offered great suggestions on skin renewal services available at the spa and I signed up for a package – including Juvederm and laser skin tightening!
I am very excited! I am looking forward to my next visit.
One suggestion I have would be to let the client know there is an option to apply skin numbing cream ahead of time, and to take an over the counter pain reliever about 30 minutes before the laser hair removal treatment.

I was taken care of Tatiana at this wonderfully clean, and pristine spa. This was my first spa treatment ever and expected to have a painful experience. The underarm laser treatment took no more than 5 minutes, and Tatiana was extremely nice and informative about the procedure. I recommend this spa to all looking for any kind of laser treatment.
This is my second visit to a spa and my first visit to Essence Med Spa. The spa I had visited before was small and not very attractive. As a result, I had a neutral opinion of spas in general. Then I came here and everything changed! Once you pass the doors into the spa area there is an immediate feeling of peace and tranquility. The decor is stunning, the rooms are lightly and pleasantly scented and the staff is wonderful! Because this was my first “real” spa visit, everyone was very informative on ways to maximize my experience. I have two more treatments booked, but I know this is the first of many visits! everytime i come in into essence spa i always have a good relaxing experience. They always greet me with a nice smile and ask me while i wait for my appt if i am thristy. Tatiana did a great job on my underarm laser treatment. I’ve had the bikini line done before at a different place, and this was as good as or better than previous experiences at the other place. The facilites are also clean and relaxing.

Joy did my laser removal, she answered all my questions, didnt rush thru her work and offered more than what I wanted to do.
